Printer Scan to Email
To scan to print the following changes need to be made on the admin side of the device.
SMTP Client
SMTP Client: Enable
Enable SSL: Accept all certificates
SSL/TLS: STARTTLS
SMTP Server Address: smtp.office365.com
POP before SMTP: Disable
Authentication: Auto
Login name: scans@hendryfla.net or scans@hendrysheriff.org
Port number: 587
SMTP Server
Enable SMTP Server: Disable
Port number: 587
Email address: scans@hendryfla.net or scans@hendrysheriff.org
Enable OffRamp Gateway: Disable
OffRamp Security: Enable
OffRamp Print: Enable
Under administrator settings in the email category, confirm that the "from address" matches the email address set in SMTP Client / SMTP Server.
